Welcome to our pricing page! At Otterly Spotless, we understand that every home is unique, which is why we offer a variety of pricing options to meet your specific needs.
Our prices are based on several factors, including the number of windows and window panes, the number of levels in the home, the square footage of the home, and the accessibility of the windows. Please note that our general pricing assumes that the windows are regularly maintained and do not require special treatment for excessive dirt or soiling. If your windows require extra attention, we may need to adjust our pricing accordingly.
Our minimum charge for window cleaning services is $185 per job. We charge around $5 per pane for exterior window cleaning, which includes washing the frames of the exterior windows. For exterior and interior cleaning, we charge around $10 per pane for both sides, which includes a basic wipe-down of the interior window frames as well. If you are interested in a more thorough clean that goes beyond our spot-free glass, check out some of our add-on services.

Our Window Cleaning Deals
- The Full Deal: For those looking for a complete service, we offer this “full deal” package. With this package, we clean all interior and exterior windows and automatically include any necessary add-ons.
- Exterior Cleaning Only: This is our most popular package, chosen by many of our clients 2-3 times per year. The cost is generally around $5 per pane, with a minimum charge of $185 per job. Clients can choose any desired add-ons before we begin.
- Interior & Exterior Cleaning: Exterior windows get dirty faster than inside windows, so we recommend this package once a year or as needed. The cost is generally around $10 per pane, with a minimum charge of $185 per job. Clients can choose any desired add-ons before we begin.

Otterly Spotless is a very punctual and professional company. They really lived up to their name because my windows are spotless indeed!
